No way- he played it perfectly. This soliloquy was presented really well. When the lines are understood, the emotion he puts into it works well. This is not a tragic soliloque- it is simply a man wondering if life is worth living any longer. The play as a whole is a tragedy but to try and make this speech tragic would be completely overplaying it. :) Brilliantly done

Your performance is great however I wish there was a bit of unwavering and instability in your lines but that's all personal choice. Anyway, what I meant to say is that I think this video would be much better if you weren't directly looking at the camera. For some reason it gives me the impression that you're trying to convince the audience rather than speaking to yourself. I think it would be better if you filmed it so you're not directly looking at the audience. Good job still!

you are very good. i love how you don't PLAY you are thinking and suffering through this, you are actually really thinking through this, it sounds like you are really thinking of this for the first time even though it's been performed a thousand times. your voice is compelling. do you study acting? where are you from? you are very compelling. thank you. zoe

i like the modern setting and everything and the delivery was very good. I would have liked it better if you did not look directly at the camera. This entire speech is Hamlet contemplating to himself. Therefore, everything should be to himself. Maybe even open the scene reading the book and let us watch you lose your focus because you get swept away with your thoughts. overall, a very good everything.
