she's just reding the lines, there are too many HUGE pauses to make it seem like she is even attempting to portray any emotion whatsoever...she just sits, and talks and talks, and i couldn't wait for it to end. she totally MURDERED this character

Shes definitely reading it off of something. She keeps looking over to the same spot pretty often.

I agree with ErinAlyse wholeheartedly. This person is going COMPLETELY off....it seems that she hasn't completely grasped her character, or misunderstood it. And abuakel's also right - She's cute!!! =]

I am disappointed in this video. Juliet is a very complex character and I don't think this is what Shakespeare had in mind when he created her. I performed as Juliet this fall. There is much more that needs to be put into this monologue, it seems like it is only words an no intention. She is alone and confessiong her love for Romeo! The emotion should be love and it seems like she is grieving.
